DescriptionHarper Pierce & Company is an event-branding development agency based in St. Louis. Founded in Fall 2014, we have developed a portfolio with clients ranging from industry leads in skincare, sports medicine, automotive and health and wellness lines. These clients work with our management to assist with their needs in product launches, test markets and brand promotions. This fall, we will be expanding our portfolio to include six more clients and we will need 3-5 Full-Time assistant to work with our campaign managers to coordinate and execute our clients' launch-style events in the greater St. Louis area.
ResponsibilitiesGo over any customer service needs (questions, comments, concerns)
Event execution with setup/tear down onsite
Work directly with our Events Campaign Management with vendor relations
Be involved with meetings and conference calls
Help manage events to make sure they are running smoothly
Work with management to address clients' goals and maintain company core values.
RequirementsExperience in customer service, event coordination, hospitality, retail, branding, marketing, PR or business development is preferred. All applicants will be considered and reviewed by our HR Dept.
Must be able to work 40 hours weekly.
