DescriptionWe are a special events designer/coordinator company. You will assist in coordinating events, putting together proposals, working with vendors and clients and able to attend actual events.
*Unpaid, but we do provide gas reimbursement and lunch.
ResponsibilitiesDuties may include:
Creating proposals, invitations, layouts, etc. for potential clients.
General office duties such as answering e-mails, phone calls, filing, etc.
On-site for some events.
Drafting letters, e-mails, and other documents for clients.
Day to day office support in running a business
RequirementsAvailable 3 days per week (15 hours) and hours are flexible.
Cheerful disposition - team player.
Flexible and able to multi-task.
Computer literate and able to work with Mac and programs such as Microsoft office and Adobe.
-Be creative and able to design invitations, proposals, graphic layouts, etc. for clients.
Strong experience with social media platforms.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Present yourself in a professional manner (although in office is casual).
Internship could possibly turn into full-time job.
