We are looking for exceptional interns all year around who are on-the-ball, quick learners, friendly, creative and not afraid to get their hands dirty!

Responsibilities


¥ Scheduling and coordinating calls, meetings, packages and other event elements.
¥ Assisting the event coordinator, producer and creative executive.
¥ Creating design decks for proposals and other project elements.
¥ Compiling contact lists
¥ Sourcing event materials
¥ Creating and updating databases
¥ Providing support for social media platforms
¥ Updating weekly expenses and budgets
¥ Reaching out to vendors

Requirements

Students applying for this internship must have strong communication skills, be comfortable working on a fast pace environment and have a great passion for creating wonderful events.
Applicants should also have strong organizational skills, sense of prioritizing items and be ready to learn from industry experts.
