The National Association of Minority Companies Inc.’s National Leadership Diversity Summit provides a vital platform for officials, executives, companies and youth to explore how to develop best practices; gain important insights and leave with a renewed emphasis on making a difference.
A core group of our nation’s prominent leaders will participate in notable roundtables of powerful dialogue that facilitate the exchange of ideas and strategies on the topic of diversity; and how leadership is the most important risk mitigation tool.
This summit is a must-attend event for seasoned leaders and executives as well as emerging leaders who understand that diversity and inclusion are critical to shareholder value and in building and empowering institutions, communities and our next generational leaders. The summit entails interactive roundtable discussions with an emphasis on the skills and competencies future leaders will need as we enter into a complex and rapidly-evolving business era.
The summit culminates with the Diversity Awards Ceremony, which recognizes leaders, companies and individuals that excel at embracing diversity. The 2016 Top Corporations and Top Influential People that Walk the Walk in Diversity is the premiere annual award that recognizes honors and celebrates the outstanding contributions and achievements of those that lead diversity and demonstrate results in their workforce, workplace, marketplace and communities. Recipients of the awards set the standards of excellence in diversity.
