The event planning internship focuses primarily on San Diego based workshops for events of 100 or less. The role includes pre-planning, on-site event coordiantion, and post event wrap ups. The event planner is an integral part of this fast growing company.

Responsibilities

Pre-planning to include scheduling, pre event marketing, ordering, pre event meetings, preparing the venue for the event. On-site includes 2-3 days of event coordination working with attendees, staff, speakers. Post event includes meetings, survey gathering, data gathering.

Requirements

Must be seeking an internship for course work.

Skills

Required - American English, Effective Communicator, Detail Oriented, Highly motivated self-starter
