We work closely with our clients to portray and communicate each company’s image in order to bring brands and personalities to life in an effective way. Glow Media brings an enormous amount of creativity and enthusiasm to each project. It is this combination that gives our campaigns a special and unique feel from other agencies. In addition, we identify their target audience and plan accordingly.
Coordinate the registration process for conferences and similar events
Staff meal functions, business sessions, activities, etc.
Participate in a variety of tasks as directed by the lead planner for that particular event
Execution of administrative requirements for events at hotels and other similar venues, such as running label/nametag machine.
Day to prior to the event:
Set-up: Registration area set-up and unpack boxes/supplies, printing of nametags, guest lists, agendas and escort/table cards. Oversee the set-up for computers, phone lines and Bloomberg and test everything. Organize any speaker materials etc.
Day of Event:
Registration: Check-in guests, present them with a nametag and any handouts. Available on site throughout the day and staff whatever is needed.
For events that involve such as activities as transportation etc., the following would also take place at registration: Confirm all activities for guests during registration, confirm their departure information for transportation etc.
Gain familiarity with the hotel and the conference in order to answer any questions that attendees may have.
Ability to remain calm in high-pressure situations.
High energy level; ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Display a professional and courteous manner to all clients and support staff.
Proficient in Microsoft Office application.
