DescriptionAs an intern with IBNX RADIO / IBNX MEDIA you will be exposed to an abundance of real world opportunities and situations. Your internship can also be used to jump start your relationships in the industry. We will offer class credits to students that are interested in all aspects of business and entertainment from marketing, media/public relations, promotions, management, production, entrepreneurship, event planning, photography, video editing and graphic design.
IBNX MEDIA is looking for fast paced, innovative, creative students and volunteers that can handle objectives with ease. IBNX MEDIA interns should be passionate about their craft and able to maintain their composure in a high velocity environment!
YOU DO NOT HAVE TO BE A STUDENT OR GRADUATE TO BE CONSIDERED FOR THIS OPPORTUNITY!
This is a non- paid minimum 5-15 hours a week opportunity that allow participants to get hands-on experience and or college credit (if applicable). . Virtual and in office positions are available.
•High Profile Event Management
•Assistance with overall event management, vendor management & production , including but not limited to:
•On site event assistance
•Venue Research & Selection
•Event Décor & Design
•Assistance with Post Event recaps
•Vendor Selection and management
•Event packaging for hospitality/ social calendar service
•Manage Master Event Plan – This document of all services and event details is updated throughout the event planning process
RequirementsHave experience or a desire to be in the everyday management of concierge, events and marketing services. Weekly progress is assessed according to individual objectives. The ideal candidate will have stellar interpersonal skills, and will remain professional and engaging at all times. Reliability and professionalism is of the utmost importance, as the opportunity to interact with high profile individuals exists.
• Experience in Microsoft Office software applications - MS Word, Excel and PowerPoint
• Project management skills, managing multiple projects simultaneously and providing clear communication of timelines and expectations to team members
