Description

We are an event planning company with an office in Burbank and Wilshire and La Cienega currently seeking fall interns who will be receiving college credit to gain experience working on a variety events including weddings and a fashion show to be televised. We will even be coordinating the television production aspect.

Great opportunity to gain hands on knowledge in the field. Need independent motivated individuals who will tackle the projects with pride. What you will learn will easily be applied to a long term position. Our interns have gone on to work with the University of California Special Events, Department of Defense Special Events, Children Hospital's Special Events and other great careers. We constantly hear from past interns that they knew exactly what to do in their next career because of their growth through our internship program.

We have even hired several interns at the end of their term. The opportunity to be hired full time by us is great.

Responsibilities

Office Work:
Telephone calls on a daily basis in a professional manner
Email correspondence
Letter writing
Sponsorship Outreach
Research
Work with Vendors
Create lists
Create collateral
Social Media

Events
Hands on event staff as needed from setting up tables to decor on event days. We never know what we need to do until we do it
May need to run errands (let us know if you can not drive)


Requirements

Must receive college credit. Must have computer knowledge
