Description

Florida Business Consulting is Miami's leading marketing firm, specializing in Brand Awareness for our clients. We recently acquired a Federal campaign that places an emphasis on helping underprivileged communities. FBC is looking for someone to develop successful strategies and implement special events to increase community relationships for our client.

Responsibilities

Coordinate and execute logistics of small and large-scale events.
Develop new strategies, manage projects, and work with client to achieve strong results.
Develop on-going communications and rapport with clients and provide updates on status.
Develop strong client relationships and groom your accounts.
Ensure effective and continuous communication with Team Members
Understand your clients’ overall business models, goals and needs.
Make strategic recommendations for each event to the Event Manager.
Maintain client and event files and documentation.
Provide excellent client service resulting in additional and repeat business.
Help improve processes.

Requirements

Interact in a friendly, enthusiastic, energetic and outgoing manner.
Excellent customer service skills.
Great communications and interpersonal skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, PowerPoint, Excel.
Fully bilingual in English & Spanish would be a plus.
Attention to details.
