The Young Jewish Professionals is a not-for-profit New York City based organization and community focused on providing social, educational, business networking, and mentoring opportunities for the next generation of Jewish business leaders.
We are looking for a hardworking and highly social candidate who will be responsible for overseeing customer service requests and assisting fellow employees with member engagement, scheduling, and general administrative tasks. The candidate should demonstrate extremely strong writing skills, and will preferably have had prior experience in community management. The ideal candidate is organized, personable, and enjoys establishing and maintaining relationships.

RequirementsDesired Skills & Experience:
Solid research skills
Personable phone skills and ability to pick up the phone and speak to senior executives
Strong communication skills - oral and written
Excellent interpersonal skills.
A results oriented achiever able to drive projects to completion
Familiar with the Jewish calendar and traditions
Previous experience at Hillel, Chabad or Birthright or any experience working within the Jewish community is a plus.
