DescriptionWe are looking for a talented and passionate event planner with social media expertise to help drive awareness around a Liver Health and Disease Prevention Foundation. We need your help in executing 3 fundraising events over the next 10 months. You will help foster/develop education with our community outreach, assist with our fundraising gala logistics, and work with our Liver Life Challenge – Mt. Shasta Climbers as they work to meet their individual fundraising goals.

We’re looking for someone ~20/hours week. We’d like someone who is available immediately and can commit to at least 3 months.

ResponsibilitiesWe are looking for someone who is open to learning about event planning, fundraising and non-profit outreach for a great cause in the healthcare field.
You will help us with our details large and small, learn event planning from concept to execution while utilizing our social media presence. Computer savvy with working knowledge of office systems.
- Self-motivated with a ‘can do’ attitude
- Curious, especially about building community online
- Some professional experience, including social media (selfies at the bar on Instagram doesn't count…)
- Heightened attention to detail
- Computer savvy with Microsoft Word, Excel, Office and mail merging
