Description

Eco Caters is a leading catering and event-planning company in Los Angeles with an office and kitchen in San Diego as well. We handle events throughout most of Southern California. Our focus is on locally grown, organic foods and ingredients. We also put on Sound Bite dinners which are 5-7 courses paired with music from local artists. We are looking for a highly motivated and very organized individual with a good base understanding of social media. The intern will be assisting our Senior Event Coordinator in organizing her own schedule, handling social media for Eco Caters and Soundbite, and assisting with planning events for both entities. The intern will gain knowledge of organic, local food as well.

Responsibilities

Help plan events.
Organizing menus, dates, etc.
Posting on all social media channels daily.
Help host pop-up events.

Requirements

Must have a high school degree.
Must have basic knowledge of social media.
Must be interested in/working in/studying Marketing and Social Media and/or Event Planning.
