Description

Seeking a Special Projects Intern.

The Spare Room is a modern day cocktail parlor and gaming lounge located in The Hollywood Roosevelt Hotel in Hollywood, California. Throughout the course of your internship you will gain knowledge in the process of full service event coordination and project management.

Responsibilities

Duties:
Work with Event Manager to create timelines for special projects and see to their completion.
Maintain and organize Inventory
Organize event information
Assist in private events (planning and onsite management)

Requirements

Candidate must be:
Highly organized with the ability to multi-task in high-pressure situations
Dependable and punctual
Positive with friendly demeanor
Strong prioritizing skills with sense of urgency

Must own laptop and car with valid drivers license and insurance.

Skills

Required - Microsoft Applications
Preferred - Adobe Photoshop, Adobe Illustrator
