DescriptionWedding & Event Planning Company is seeking an intern for our upcoming weddings and special events in 2016 & 2017! We specialize in Event Planning/Coordination, Wedding Planning/Coordination, Catering, Rentals, & More.. We are currently looking for a passionate intern to join our team!
In addition to event planning/Coordination services, we host networking events throughout the year and are looking for an intern who loves the events industry and wants to gain some hands on experience! If hired, candidate may be required to be at the office 1 day a week in addition to working day of events.
ResponsibilitiesAssist with conducting client consultations
Create decor & design for client
Setup event decor
Maintain a professional attitude
Multi-task in a fast pace environment
Contribute ideas to company
Coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns and update Web sites
Collaborate with the team to discuss strategies to gain growth and awareness on all Social Media sites
RequirementsMust be 18 or older
Must be able to work nights and weekends
