The Y9 Group endeavors to help create and build programs and organizations that will efficiently and effectively strengthen communities through education, social awareness and a call to action to give back to those less fortunate.
How did The Y9 Group get started?
The Y9 Group, at its inception, in the summer of 2010, was built on the idea of building wealth channels that would lead to powerful financial foundations through for-profit companies, nonprofit organizations, and/or real estate with proper education and available resources.
Within the first year of operating (January 2011 through December 2011), the company found its niche in the nonprofit industry. This was a natural fit for the company, with its principal member being a founder of two nonprofit organizations and having relationships with community leaders and philanthropists.
She also had a desire to help the industry of Sports Philanthropy to do more than just have events, but create efficiently operating programs and organizations. With her passion to give back to the community and to help smaller organizations to maneuver through tasks they once had to do alone, it only made sense to make the company’s focus on Nonprofits & Sports Philanthropy.
