Everyone loves to eat great food, but what about the people creating it? Culinary arts is much more than just making a great meal. It relates to the art, science, and business of preparing food for the public. This major studies everything from the food and restaurant industry to purchasing and budgeting in addition to the knowledge of  food storage, sanitation issues, customer service, and much more.
