The idea was conceived a long time by Galina (scientist) and Vesslin (artist). It had been a dream of theirs to own an art gallery and in 2007 a combination of economic conditions and the vacuum in New Brunswick, which was lacking a town art gallery (not a museum) were the reason to start thinking about making this dream come true. It became official in August 2007 when we rented the space, after numerous discussions and planning together with Michael S. Fenton, Petko Radilov and other artists. We immediately began renovations. The space was previously a framing shop and in dire condition.

Celebs Got News founded on October 3rd, 2012 by Taikeya Johnson. Taikeya was searching the internet one afternoon and found a video that taught how to turn a hobby into a business. Taikeya found herself intrigued by the idea of starting her own Celebrity website.

For years, Taikeya searched the internet for the latest Celebrity news and found out-dated circulated articles on the topic. When she discovered that she did have an interest in starting a celebrity website, she began by developing the CGN brand and learning all that it took to provide celebrity news.
