We are an online jewelry Start-Up who sells trendy sterling silver to retailers and wholesalers. Our office is located in Financial District on Wall St, New York

The assistant will be responsible for all daily operations in the office.
- Preparing and Sending all online orders, make sure that the orders shipped out are correct
- Preparing and sending all wholesale orders
- Replying the emails from clients
- Contacting stores and blogs
- Writing for the blog
The responsibilities will increase with time and performance.

The start pay is $12/hr


The assistant will be responsible for:

• Packing the online orders.
• Uploading pictures to social media.
• Finding stores in the US and making an excel datasheet, contacting the stores.
• Finding blogs to partner up with
Finding advertisement channels to promote our line
Doing events for the company, setting up at events and selling jewelry at Fashion Pop up events.
• The work hours are flexible.


The assistant must be organized and hardworking.
The assistant must have a college degree
We are looking for someone with good problem solving skills and someone that thinks out of the box.
