Description

Seeking a driven individual who has a passion for all things in beauty and fashion. Within the roles of this internship you will be afforded countless opportunities to learn the inter-workings of a beauty guru who has worked within the fashion industry for over 20 years. You'll gain experience with marketing, building relationships with brands, strategic social media, assisting on photo shoots and business development.

Responsibilities

-Produce and execute social media plan to target current followers, capture and engage with new audiences
- Assist with blog editing and posting
- Research social media trends and assist with brand partnerships
- Track beauty-related websites and online publications, communicating what’s currently trending in the beauty industry
- Organize and manage office Inventory
- Assist with general office duties and provide some administrative support
- May be requested to assist on photoshoots

Requirements

- Plus+, if you reside within Manhattan
- Overflow of creative marketing ideas that you desire to try
- Unlimited energy to execute plans
- Ability to work independently
- Computer skills to nail Instagram, Facebook, Twitter…posts
- Humbleness to do hands-on things
- Tons of curiosity for product learning
- Positive attitude to communicate with team and open-mindedness
- Strong passion for the beauty and fashion industry including a working knowledge of trends, products, and brands
- Detail oriented, organized and ability to meet deadlines
- Excellent written & verbal communication skills
