Description

We are searching for awesome, fearless and hard working individuals. The ideal candidate is outgoing, detail oriented, tech-savvy, focused, and will take ownership of small tasks and big projects with the same positive attitude.

Few Moda integrates brand designers and emerging designers with global manufacturing resources to bring the best fashion products to the style-savvy retailers, department stores and other partner distribution channels. We are a curated woman fashion brand that produced apparel, bags and accessories.

Candidates will work closely with the sales and marketing director as well as the Chief Operations Officer. You will manage the relationship with existing key accounts and help to open new ones. You will focus on plans that maximize in person opportunities to introduce our brands and education to buyers and final consumers. You will handle all manner of logistics – from planning, to distributing education materials, to keeping a well detailed budget all the while.

Responsibilities
Some examples of your responsibilities are:
Maintain excellent customer service/relationship with regular visits/phone calls
Make sure our customers always have full shelves (push for reorders)
Strategically merchandise products on customers’ shelves
Improve/increase product assortments: make sure our top 15 products are listed everywhere
Communicate on new products, send samples, and push them to all doors
Monitor client performance: provide sales analysis to both buyers (sell in) and Orientis management (sell in/sell out/sell through)
Develop new POS tools hand in hand with marketing
Organize and help to conduct staff trainings
Work closely with our customers’ PR department to ensure they communicate on our products
Organize events with Sales and Marketing Team


The ideal candidate will possess:
Professionalism
Strong writing skills
Interest in start-up environment
Proficient in Mac applications and MS Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
Knowledge of business and start-up development

Requirements for this position are:
Must be 18 Years old
Be at least a junior or senior at university
Able to multi task
Must be able to think on your toes
Self motivated Team player
Extremely organized
Strong phone communication skills
Position requires strong Excel, Word, Website & Email experience
Equivalent retail work experience
Love for the fashion industry
