Compass Model Management is a full service Model and Talent Agency Based in New York and California.

We are always looking for talented and dedicated interns every season. We encourage students (undergraduate, graduate, or recent graduates) to help out with extensive researching, writing, editing, fact-checking, monitoring and blogging on our blog and Social Media pages. Internship(s) are located in NYC and California.

We need students in the background of graphic design, writing, marketing, communications, fashion design, photography, videography, modeling, Administration and more.

Many of our interns come from: Art Institute, NYU as well as Interns from other region(s) also participated, San Francisco, Philadelphia, New York.

We work very closely with the Universities in the area and provide credits for Work Experience as well.

Represent artistic talent in their job search, selection, negotiation, and career development.

• Pitch Artists to potential clients and negotiate the best terms for the Models and CMM.

• Work closely with talent to build each of their individual career strategies as well as day-to-day assignments.

• Manage the talent booking process from start to finish.

Model Wire


• Maintain, update, and constantly improve talent profiles including links, video and portfolios.

• Working effectively with other Agents and agencies when necessary to generate additional work/revenue for the Agency.

• Cooperating and communicating clearly with all team members including Agency director, Accounting, Upper management and Social Media interns.

• Work consistently to improve the strength of the Agency talent roster through talent development and new artist recruitment.

Open call(s) Online model searches contests and or scouting from the hair roster(s).



Knowledge of and interest in fashion history and design

-Must be proficient in Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator

-Must have familiarity with multiple web platforms: Instagram, Tumblr, Squarespace, Twitter, Facebook Agency Blog

-Must be available at least 2 consistent full days per Month

-Ability to work efficiently in a self-directed environment

-Own laptop with Adobe Creative Suite strongly preferred

-Experience in web Fashion programs a plus

Specific Duties/Responsibilities:

-Update website and blog with maintenance as needed.

-Work with Social Media Creative intern to conceptualize monthly style stories

-Trend research

-Update blog and Instagram

Events team at CMM to start immediately!

No previous events experience is necessary but definitely a plus.

• Must be proficient in Photoshop• Strong Experience in managing posting #tagging to the following social media pages: Twitter, Facebook, Instagram, Tumblr, Blog and Pinterest • Strong layout and typography skills, with strong attention to detail• Punctual, responsible and reliable • Incredibly motivated and creative.
