DescriptionEnter the world of Rolex, David Yurman, John Hardy and other of the top jewelry brands and time pieces in the world.
Work with the #1 branded jewelry retailer in Rhode Island and Southern New England - Providence Diamond.
Administrative and organizational skills are ESSENTIAL as there will be multiple projects. YOU MUST BE DETAIL ORIENTED
Must be willing to travel (to New York City specifically) to meet with exclusive designers and marketing firms.
4 month cycle. Ability for hire, continuance, referral and employment opportunities after cycle completes.
Hours are flexible but are about 20 a week. At least 10 hours must be done on site in Cranston, RI.
THIS IS AN UNPAID INTERNSHIP, BUT PAID POSITIONS DO OPEN FREQUENTLY.
ResponsibilitiesExperience will include marketing and campaign management, event planning, merchandising and public relations. You will be assisting directly with the social media and seasonal marketing campaigns as well as working with key brands and their coordination with local media
Sales training and customer service
Must be willing to travel (primarily to New York City) for meetings with vendors, designers and trade shows.
Hours will be about 20 a week. They will be flexible and may change depending on the calendar. Duties will include administrative work, writing, computer work, travel, meetings, fashion shows, event planning, and general errands.
