Always be on the alert for potentially fraudulent job postings online - never send money to a potential employer.
DescriptionWe’re an online shop selling mannequins and dress forms for retail spaces, fashion students, and designers. We don’t have a physical location so all our marketing is done online through social media and our Wordpress blog. We’re looking to expand our audience and gain more exposure. If you’re looking for experience with a unique startup company our internship is a great way for creativity and portfolio work. We offer a flexible schedule that requires only online and phone communication.
Ideal candidates will be interested in fashion, communications, and blogging.
We offer all our interns
Documentation of hours completed (minimum 10 hours)
Credit on our blog for any posts or writings
Reference letter to future employer
Please check out our online site www.the2facedmannequin.com and add our IG @the2faced_man before submitting a resume to email@example.com. Thank you!
ResponsibilitiesYour only task is to research and write blog posts on emerging fashion brands and retail stores ( 1 - 3 a week / minimum 200 words). We will supply specific categories so all posts will look the same but be specific to that individual brand. We want to bring recognition to these figures and create a community where readers are able to find where the latest shops and apparel are.
Other categories we want to focus on as well are Fashion Ads, Bad Fashions, and links to other information that includes advice and tips on how to be successful in the fashion industry as a brand, designer, or shop.
You should be willing to take the time to research and google new topics and ideas. We want to be informative, humorous, and interesting. There's an abundance of information online that you can put your spin on. We are willing to shoot you topics and brainstorm with you if need be.
Also we’re looking to create a community where these fashionistas can talk and communicate. It’s not required but helps if you’re willing to influence and comment on our blog, IG, and FB to get conversations started. Becoming fully involved by reposting and promoting on your social accounts builds the network.
