Description

YICI is a luxury jewelry company based in NYC. We are currently seeking a dedicated intern for a minimum of 3 months with potential of a full-time employment position. We are a very close-knit team so interns will be working closely with the designers and assist in meeting production deadlines, collection development, etc. As a growing brand you will benefit by making new contacts in the fashion industry, seeing and participating in day-to-day operations, and gain exposure to the jewelry and garment district.

This is a hands-on internship where you will learn how jewelry goes from concept to creation. This internship will provide excellent exposure to the business of luxury, you will be able participate in both the merchandising and marketing side of the brand.

Interns must be available 2 -3 days a week. Stipend offered. Start immediately.

Responsibilities

-Tracking daily financial activities and preparing reports
-Administering cost and quality control
-Organizing and maintaining business transactions records
-Researching and assisting designer for all projects under YICI.
-Overseeing and managing production process and craftsmanship directly with corresponding factories
-Assisting in photoshoot, social media


Requirements

-Interns must be detail-oriented, passionate, and responsible
-Highly organized and efficient
-Fashion/Jewelry, Graphic, Marketing, Production
-Proficient with Microsoft Office especially in Excel
-Strong Interest in art and fashion
-Proficient Mandarin Chinese required.
