DescriptionSignature Models & Talent is a SAG/AFTRA franchised agency that represents Arizona models, actors, kids and voice over talent. We are seeking ambitious and resourceful interns for full time and part time positions at one of Arizona's leading talent agencies. Qualified interns will have the opportunity to be promoted to a paid staff position as they come available, however we currently only have unpaid positions available. Interns also have the opportunity to receive school credit for their hours. Internships consist of assisting in both major and minor task throughout the agency.
Formerly Bobby Ball/Plaza 3, Signature Models and Talent is a full service talent and modeling agency with a presence in the valley for over 35 years. Terri Hoffmann has been the creative force behind the agency for the last 24 years. Terri holds a degree in Theatre from St. Norbert’s College in De Pere, WI and attended graduate school at University of Arizona. She spent several years on the staff of the Arizona Theatre Company. Her fashion experience includes serving as Fashion Program Director for Broadway Southwest Department Stores and JCPenny Company.
ResponsibilitiesIntern duties include inputting new models and talent, creating look ideas for model cards, researching latest trends, assisting in castings and bookings, editing head shots and resumes, scouting new talent, managing social media accounts, monitoring phones, and conducting opening and closing tasks.
It is also expected that interns learn how to manage responsibilities with talent and clients, as well as understanding the full process of booking talent.
RequirementsInterns in the Talent Division must learn quickly and be able to work at least 3 days per week. Experience with Microsoft Office, Photoshop and social media are preferred. Must be committed, punctual, and sociable.
