The Product Coordinator provides overall support and coordination of initiatives and performs various functions in conjunction with the organization and manufacture of new products with manufacturing and sales.
Works closely with sales team to issues purchase orders for the manufacture and/or construction of apparel/accessories; screen printers, ticket/trims, cut and sew, raw materials, packaging, logistics, etc.
-experience in sourcing goods and raw materials (can be internships) for product development and manufacture within the apparel or accessories industry
-Microsoft Software; Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Database related programs
-Superior verbal, written, and telephone communication skills
-Critical thinking; ability to organize, prioritize, and manage multiple projects with overlapping deadlines and production schedules
-Knowledge of licensed apparel/accessory products
-Capacity to work independently or within a team environment, follow direction, trouble shoot and meet goals and objectives
-General knowledge of apparel/accessories construction and can provide solution based remedies when faced with stringent deadlines and unforeseeable obstacles that may hinder production
