DescriptionKara Ross New York, the luxury accessories company, has immediate openings for highly motivated and creative interns. Our interns will learn how a luxury accessories brand works from the inside out, from initial design concepts through production to marketing and sales. These internships are for individuals who thrive on being a part of a fast-paced environment, are highly organized, self-starters who can work independently as well as part of a team.

Must be available 3 days per week with a minimum 3 month/1 Semester commitment
These internships are available for college credit only. We provide lunch, hands on experience and references upon the completion of your internship.

ResponsibilitiesInvolved in creative process/product development
Part of meetings with manufacturers for upcoming seasons
Choosing colorways/building stories/cutting & gluing skins and stones in new samples
Help coordinate all samples & get ready for the upcoming season(s)
Help with the checking in and QC\'ing process
In charge of facilitating organization of the production processwith issues regarding production & shipping
Keep track of receiving and shipping
Create shipping materials
Work with our manufacturers to make sure they have the necessary materials
Check in and help distribute all production materials
Anything that comes up on a daily basis
Check up on our stores
Research materials for samples
Daily organization of sample closet
Must be able to lift and carry at least 25lbs
SkillsRequired - Social Media, MS Office Suite
Preferred - Adobe Creative Suite
