Description

Bridge Showroom, a multilabel showroom representing international designers in the US, is looking for communicative, diligent, and driven SHOWROOM ASSISTANT to join our team. This is a great career opportunity for someone with a “can do” attitude who wants a hands-on role supporting multiple prestigious brands.

Responsibilities

Preparing for Trade Shows: tagging sample collections, packing marketing materials, communicating with buyers and designers (calls and emails), participating as a sales assistant
Support the sales teams with general needs
Answer phone and email queries
Organizing Trunk Show Events: communicating with buyers, preparing a good schedule
Managing Logistics: monitoring shipments and collecting information from the designers and buyers, working with returns
Preparing and sending snail mailers to the customers
Working with documents and recording the information

Requirements

INTERESTED AND WILLING TO WORK FLEXIBLE HOURS;
Office management experience is highly preferred
Must be highly organized and efficient
Excellent prioritization skills in a fast paced changing environment
Be able to give and receive direction
Very detailed orientated
Must be confident will liaising with everyone at all levels within and outside the business
Reliable; dependable; resourceful
Take ownership of tasks and be accountable
Proficient with a high volume of emails and phone calls
Google mail; Office Suite experience is required
Sales career focused
Lives in the East Bay.
