Comprised of an elite team of fashion insiders, Armarium was officially launched in April 2016 through a mobile app, e-commerce platform, and a New York City showroom.
Armarium is looking for a Showroom intern, who will work in our Care & Customer Service Department.
ResponsibilitiesSome of the typical responsibilities of this internship include:
-Meeting and greeting customers in a friendly and positive manner.
-Keeping up-to-date with current inventory, and assuring that all garments are correctly placed in the showroom and storage room.
-Maintaining cleanliness and organization of the showroom and storage room.
-Assisting with packing and shipping items to clients.
-Handling returns from clients.
-Unpacking and steaming garments before and after events.
-Ensuring that our customers are satisfied by handling any issues in a prompt and efficient manner.
Requirements-Should have a passion and interest in luxury fashion.
-Must maintain a friendly and positive attitude.
-Should be a versatile individual with strong interpersonal skills, who quickly understands clients’ requirements and needs in order to reach their expectations.
-A good eye and attention to detail are a must—we are in search of a meticulous candidate.
-Must have excellent organizational skills.
-Must be able and willing to work in a fast-paced environment.
