Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival
DescriptionA nonprofit entertainment company based in Cleveland is currently searching for interns in preparation for its upcoming film festival. Celebrating its 3rd year and being a major attraction for local and out-of-town moviegoers, the Greater Cleveland Urban Film Festival provides filmmakers, screenwriters and actors a platform to present their work to diverse audiences. Internships are unpaid but students are awarded college credit, given free access to the event’s activities and most of all provided the opportunity to connect with key people in the entertainment industry. Interns who are selected will be involved in street promotions, marketing collateral development, the film selection process, and the day-to-day organizational and clerical responsibilities. Students majoring in film, marketing, journalism and graphic design are preferred but others are welcomed to apply. Visit www.gcuff.org for additional information.
Responsibilities- Participate in marketing and promoting the event.
- Provide assistance to festival heads.
- Design marketing collateral needed for the festival.
- Provide general office responsibilities.
