Description

This Intern will coordinate online marketing and advertising campaigns, update website & all social media sites for IC Auto Spa, a premiere auto spa specializing in restoring or customizing your car. This intern will participate in content development, they will organize community outreach campaigns, provide market research, assist in coordination of the creation, design, distribution and maintenance of a variety of external and internal marketing and communications materials (e.g., case studies, presentations, e-marketing, branded templates, videos, etc.) As the first intern dedicated to Marketing you will help shape the expansion of this position and the direction it takes. Students must receive college credit. Applicant will not be allowed to start the internship without a transcript confirming that the student will receive college credit for internship, or a certified letter from the participating institute. We will be selecting one of our interns for employment.

Responsibilities

Assist Marketing staff with execution of marketing campaigns, gathering data for

marketing reports and supporting a variety of marketing programs

Work with databases and data entry including maintaining the organization’s mailing lists

Manage online marketing avenues and event postings – community websites, email

campaigns, social media

Help increase the companies presence

Assist with trade shows and special events to promote company and increase attendance.

Research and analyze competitor marketing and sales materials.

This internship is available to graduate and undergraduate students from an accredited college or university enrolled in a Marketing Program, Interns must be at least 18 years or older and current sophomore standing or above.

Requirements

Strong computer skills, including Google or Microsoft business software applications,

spreadsheets, PowerPoint, social media, et cetera

Confident reporting, presentation and communication skills with attention to detail,

quality and accuracy

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks within

deadlines and budget

Resourceful, proactive, ambitious, positive attitude, team player with a desire to learn

many aspects of business to business marketing

Ability to effectively communicate

Possess skills in writing, presentation, and interpersonal relations,
