DescriptionThe Rada Film Group creates projects at the forefront of emerging trends in filmmaking, distribution strategies, transmedia production, and multi-media production. Even more so, RFG is dedicated to thinking innovatively about how visual stories can change and address the conversation around racial equity and inclusion globally and seeks to engage with communities to build awareness and foster behavior change through community engagement campaigns.
The Rada Film Group seeks a highly motivated intern to support the creation and implementation of various film and transmedia productions. The intern will support the directors/producers, and the engagement team for a number of projects, including new projects in development.
Candidates should be organized, forward thinking individuals, innovative problem solvers, and interested. They should be seeking exposure in the business of film, engagement campaigns, and contemporary documentary filmmaking and management. Interns at RFG are exposed to a full spectrum of opportunities and responsibilities at a transmedia production company. Learning experiences are available in:

Development, Production and Distribution practices
We are looking for someone with an interest in documentary storytelling and community engagement to assist with administrative, outreach and production (2-3 days/week). One of the main responsibilities of the intern will be crafting language in social media. Additional tasks related to production are likely.
ResponsibilitiesAssist coordinating production and travel
Compile materials for development and production grants
Answer office phone calls
Coordinate meetings and schedules
Assist with research and development on upcoming projects and events
Draft social media posts for the organization
Transcribing & Logging Footage
RequirementsDetail oriented, exceptional organization and time management skills
Fantastic research, writing, and oral communication skills.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and cloud-based computing.
Familiarity with the film production process
Fluency on mainstream social media platforms
Passion for film and media, and current news cycles
Interested in marketing and film outreach
