DescriptionTUNNEL, Inc. is a Santa Monica-based company that utilizes its focus on technology and unique creative approach to create, restore, and deliver high-end media content, including feature films, television programs, live events, commercials, music videos, and trailers.
As an intern you will be working alongside the Executive in Charge of Production, assisting in essential day-to-day tasks and schedule management. Your primary duties will involve scheduling meetings and organizing his calendar, as well as reading and providing script coverage in a timely manner. Occasionally you will be asked to help with errand runs and other basic office duties.
Ideal candidates have a high attention to detail with excellent interpersonal skills. You must have exceptional organizational and writing skills. It is also asked that candidates are discreet and able to work independently without supervision. Personal transportation is also required as you will be asked to run errands around Los Angeles.
This is an unpaid internship but our goal is for interns to gain invaluable first hand experience working in professional environment and learn as much as they can during their time here.
Responsibilities-Manage meeting schedules and overall calendar.
-Reading and providing coverage of scripts.
-Running basic errands around Los Angeles
-Assist the Executive in Charge of Production in their day-to-day tasks.
