Description

Included as part of the internship is an advanced intern project, which requires the candidate to flex their accounting, analytical, and business understanding to work on an optimizing systems to solve a problem or improve an existing process. The intern will interact with various directors throughout the organization and will present the result of the project for evaluation at the end of the internship.

Responsibilities

Internship experience includes:
* Preparation of month end close journal entries
* Involvement in designing accounting requirements and project launches
* Analytical fluctuation analysis of account balances
* Help creating payment plans, refund and registration systems that can help the school's operations

Requirements

Candidates should be current students, either obtaining a Bachelor's degree with a concentration in Accounting or a Master's in Professional Accounting and have a strong desire to exceed expectations and contribute to the strong and stable operations of a Northwest non-profit.
