As a financial representative intern, you are trained and mentored by industry veterans who know what it takes to succeed. ResponsibilitiesWe are seeking motivated, self-starters who want the opportunity to start a successful new Life Changing Career by identifying and cultivating new relationships with prospective customers and building relationships.
· Active Life Insurance License or the ability to take the test and get licensed
· Goal oriented with a strong desire to succeed
We offer sales training, education, and ongoing sales support, plus bonuses, travel incentives, and career advancement opportunities.
This can be a Full-time or Part-time job. It is NON-paid Internship...Commission only.
RequirementsOnce you have completed our training program, you will have the option of working full-time or part-time to get the real-world experience and rewards of the financial representative internship.
As a Primerica intern, you will be part of the network office team, working side-by-side with a financial representative. You will see the independent and entrepreneurial spirit that our financial representatives share, and follow the same process they do for establishing your career.
*You will practice the personalized approach we use to offer financial solutions tailored to each client's individual needs. You will follow these key steps in our process, working independently with guidance from experienced colleagues.
*You will meet with client's setting up appointments to discuss your clients' current financial situation.
*You will analyze the client's Financial Situation through extensive fact-finding and discuss long-term goals that you will use to help determine your client's needs.
*You will make Recommendations after evaluating your client's current situation and goals. You will determine what products can help fill their needs and present appropriate solutions to your client.
*You will provide Ongoing Service and continue to work with your clients beyond the close of the sale, building a relationship.
