Description

Mortgage lending operation is seeking a detail oriented, clear minded, and common sensed personnel to assist with paperwork processing in the banking field. Coordinating between loan officers and senior loan processors.

This internship position will be office based. Interns may need to respond to texts or emails beyond office hours.

No experience is needed but common sense is required!

Responsibilities

- Detail oriented and great organization of paperwork are a must!
- Analyze and compare facts and figures, using logic to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Compile monthly financial reports and prepare invoices for clients
- Coordinate organizational and administrative tasks and support payables and receivables

Requirements

- Fluency in English is a must!
- Demonstrate working knowledge Gmail, MS Excel, MS PowerPoint, and MS Word
- Understand finance and accounting principles and practices, financial markets, and banking
- Detail oriented with common sense and great memorization of client files would be very helpful
