Description

Northwestern Mutual opened its first office in Nashville in 1869 and has served the Middle Tennessee community for well over a century.

Today, with offices in Nashville, Green Hills, Franklin, Chattanooga, Knoxville and Johnson City, the Financial Representatives of The Pruett Financial Group of Northwestern Mutual Financial Network continue to build on this strong foundation of service, providing businesses and individuals throughout Middle and East Tennessee with a broad range of financial products and services - including life insurance, disability insurance, long-term care insurance, investment services, employee and executive benefit programs, education funding, estate analysis and retirement funding.

The College To Career program is modeled after the success of our traditional college internship program with an accelerated transition into a full-time opportunity. Graduating seniors will test-drive the career following their final semester at college. They gain the same exposure and knowledge as a traditional intern with direct consideration for the career financial representative role.

As part of our College to Career Program, you will receive hands-on exposure to tools, resources, training and mentors to help you discover and develop market opportunities that could lead to a successful practice as a career representative. Our College To Career Program runs the first four months following graduation and gives you the opportunity to earn additional money for successfully completing our training programs (dollars that are only available to college students and recent graduates). Exceptional participants can earn the opportunity to graduate early out of the program into the full time career role based on performance.
