Billing and Administrative Coordinator

Description
This individual will report to the Assistant Finance Manager and assist with client billings as well a variety of finance and administrative tasks. The environment is fun, fast-paced and deadline driven. Being a self-starter is a must. This is a full-time position.

Responsibilities
•Support Assistant Finance Manager with client billings as directed
•Support Assistant Finance Manager with administrative tasks as directed
•Perform such other financial reporting and analysis as directed by the Assistant Finance Manager

Requirements

Requirements
•College Degree, preferably with a focus in finance or accounting
•Proficient with MS suite
•Superb organizational skills
•Excellent attention to detail

Desired Experience (not required)
•Knowledge and experience with project accounting
•Knowledge and experience with client billings
•Knowledge and experience utilizing QuickBooks
