We are currently hiring a student temp for our Global Rewards team in Madison, WI.
The incumbent will work 15 hours per week throughout the entire year. This position requires the ability to work independently with various departments and vendors.
This is considered a part-time temporary position (not an internship).

ResponsibilitiesDuties for this position include:
•Assists the Corporate US Benefits Department with day to day tasks in regards to the 401k plan and health benefits.
•Audits/monitors eligibility, elections, payroll data, and employee status on a per pay period and monthly basis.
•Reviews and reconciles premium payment reports and assists with SOX auditing as well as external compliance audits.
RequirementsIdeally we are looking for a first or second year college student
interested in a multiple year temp position in Human Resources, Accounting, or Finance. Candidate should be available to work 3 days per week including Thursday and Friday.

► Strong written and verbal communication skills with high proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Powerpoint)
