Job Summary:
I.N.F. Solutions Financial Consulting Firm is seeking a highly motivated business professional to be our Administrative Assistant. The responsibilities include:
• Provide support through accurate and efficient written and verbal communication with our business partners and clients
• Manage company calendar
• Schedule appointments
• Process paperwork
• Manage Finance filing and document archiving process
• Manage Social Media, Company Website and Blogging
• Coordinating and scheduling multiple events simultaneously

Responsibilities

• Provide support through accurate and efficient written and verbal communication with
our business partners and clients
- Constantly communicate with Underwriters
- Update Clients on progress
- Call clients to complete new application before submission
• Process paperwork
- New Applications
- Needed documentation for client’s case
- Scan, Email, Fax to appropriate party
• Manage company calendar
- To ensure organization between Management and All Agents
- Manage clients birthdays
• Schedule appointments
- For Mortgage Protection Clients and MPI Agents
- With Clients for Reviews
• Manage Finance filing and document archiving process
- File All client documents into their appropriate file in office
- Scan client documents into OneDrive in their appropriate folder
- Update Client Information into InTouch system
• Manage Social Media, Company Website and Blogging
- Daily Social Media Posts on LinkedIn, Instagram, Twitter, and Facebook
- Create blogs on company website and share with social media sites
• Coordinating and scheduling Client and INF’s team corporate events simultaneously

Requirements

Qualifications:
• Knowledge of general clerical duties
• Maintain teamwork attitude with a professional representation
• Demonstrate excellent leadership and customer relations skills
• Ability to evaluate and examine data from multiple sources in a fast paced environment
• Intermediate computer skills: MS Word, Outlook, Excel, and PowerPoint
• Experience developing ways of accomplishing goals with little or no supervision, depending on oneself to complete objectives and determining when escalation of issues is necessary
• High School diploma, and a minimum of two years of experience in administrative or related roles, or a combination of education and experience. Experience working in finance area will be seen as a plus.
