WHAT YOU MUST POSSESS
Enrolled in or graduate of a top academic institution with consistent record of high achievement
Strong desire to be hands-on and a key player on small and entrepreneurial team
Detail-oriented and quantitatively-minded with strong business intuition
Experience with financial models, such as DCF or LBO, and conducting due diligence a plus
Experience in private equity, investment banking, consulting, or other finance-based role a plus
WHAT YOU WILL BE DOING
Provide initial investment review and screening of prospective investment opportunities for the firm
Conduct extensive financial modeling including sensitivity analysis to evaluate opportunities
Make informed investment opinions regarding acquisition targets' viability and valuation
Manage relationships with deal professional and related organizations to support sourcing
Manage investment pipeline by searching for and identifying potential targets for acquisition
Support Managing Partner and other analysts with their responsibilities when necessary
TIME COMMITMENT & COMPENSATION
Minimum commitment of 3 months
