Description

Our internship program will provide you with an opportunity to break into this highly competitive industry and will teach you valuable skills to prepare you for a career in the financial sector. Our interns participate in a rotational program through all levels of our firm, giving you a comprehensive overview of the deal process, from generation to close. Placed in small teams, you will be responsible for executing and monitoring critical segments of the business, starting with our front end process (deal sourcing) and moving to our back-end process (deal qualification and funding). You will be responsible for executing your tasks, while monitoring their impact and developing strategies to improve the effectiveness of our company. Our internships are UNPAID for 6 months and can be applied for credit if accepted at your university

Responsibilities

Sourcing Leads for Different Businesses
Database Management
Helping Executives Developing Acquisition Targets
Managing Relationships with Buy-Side PEG’s, and Sell-Side Executives,
Developing/Presenting Acquisition Proposals
Conduct Extensive research on target companies for PE clients
Help private equity firms fill executive c-level and board positions
Heading Marketing/Advertising Campaigns

Requirements

Bachelor’s degree in Finance/Economics or relevant field
Good communication skills
Team oriented
Desire to learn

Adaptable to change
Bachelor’s degree or higher in Finance, Economics or Business related
Understanding of financial markets
Industry related experience
Experience with Microsoft Office
Experience with LinkedIn, SalesForce and/or any database management tool is a PLUS
