Currently, Guild Capital Partners is looking for a recent graduate for 6 weeks unpaid internship in Personal Assistant to CEO / PR Manager field. After the probation period a right candidate will be offered a full time employment contract.
Personal Assistants to CEO / PR Manager role
The position requires the candidate who is self-confident self-starter, highly motivated and reliable, well organized with good attention to details.

ResponsibilitiesTo act as the first point of contact for the CEO
Assist the CEO with the daily management, the CEO Maintaining schedules, appointments diary and international travel arrangements
To make appointments, attend frequent client meetings, dress appropriately According event dress code
Maintaining filing, answering telephone calls, arranging appointments, meetings and conferences, typing / word processing, preparing letters, presentations and reports, etc.
Carry out duty of Personal Assistant to CEO and translator During business meetings and business events
Creating and managing companies' accounts on multiple platforms such as Facebook, YouTube, Twitter, LinkedIn etc: filling content, posting news, rewrite
Prepare various advertising campaigns and PR-actions in the network;
