Description

Incentives of the Internship Program include coaching sessions with experienced real estate brokers who will guide you through an introduction to the real estate investment sales cycle.
Transactional experience – Gain insight and exposure through existing deal flow.

Responsibilities

Database management / creation.
Take instruction, create, and assemble offering memorandums / proposals / marketing packages, and perform other administrative tasks.
Develop budgets, pro formas, and market studies.
Perform market research / track sales comparables.
Develop cash flow analysis of properties.
Assist to obtain and compile due diligence materials.
This internship requires a strong desire to learn about the Real Estate Industry.

Requirements


Open to Undergraduate or Graduate Degree students in the following fields:
Real Estate, Finance, or Business / Marketing / Management
Intern or post-graduate experience in either Real Estate or finance a plus.
Strong computer and conversational skills and comprehension of direct instructions are required. Microsoft Office Suite, primarily Excel and Adobe Writer knowledge is required.
