Description

We're looking for a 3d artist and/or engine programmer to create a real-time architectural visualization. This can apply to architects, game designers, or 3D graphic artists. Creating futuristic EDM /music performance space and set design.

We are a music production and tech-art design company creating a new type of interactive theater. We will be working with you on the overall design and rendering to 3D modeling. We will go further with doing projection mapping as well.

This is an internship that is immediately available for the Chicago area.

Responsibilities

1. Assist in the development of general looks and feels for various options for our theater and set design
2. Take general looks and refine them to more detailed depictions
3. Take final designs to full 3D modeled renderings
4. Assist with additional programming to allow interaction with our projection mapping software

Requirements

You understanding of 3d modeling is essential as expressed by a solid portfolio of relevant work. Artist will be expected to recreate interiors for one or more existing theaters, with the addition of our futuristic interactive set pieces.

Game designers should be good at creating environments such as buildings , cities.

Programmer should be familiar with techniques for rendering thousands of dynamic lights (for our LED installations), and advise us on the right engine to support this in realtime.

Skills

Required - 3D Architectural Rendering, 3D Modeling, Graphic Design Software
Preferred - 3D animation, Game Engines, Game Programming
