DescriptionWe are looking for an enthusiastic intern to be a part of our dynamic team and help us further develop the E-Learning initiative.
The candidate will be involved in developing an e-learning strategy for the organization.
The successful candidate will conduct research on exciting training material and develop and implement new e-learning materials using the content already created.
The candidate will help implement a new Learning Management System (LMS) system within the organization.

Responsibilities- Assists in the design and development of layouts for training materials, using appealing graphics that are well organized
- Ability to exercise good judgment when interpreting instructions and to identify the strengths and weaknesses of alternative solutions
- Utilize strong written skills and bring effective visual ideas from concept through to completion
RequirementsBachelor's Degree or equivalent experience strongly preferred
Strong understanding of compliance development standards (AICC, SCORM, ect)
Proficiency in e-Learning techniques and tools for web animation, web graphics, photo/video editing, and audio recording / editing (e.g. Adobe Flash, Adobe Captivate, Photoshop, Illustrator, Adobe Dreamweaver, Articulate, HTML)
Experience with instructional design (e-Learning, Training), audio-visual production, web-media or graphic design / communication: (ex: Previous school projects or experience)
Strong written and spoken communication skills in English
Good computer skills: MS office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel)
Ability to self start with minimal supervision
