Specific Responsibilities:
• Create advertisements, sections, graphics, landing pages, campaigns, and marketing collateral for GiveBack360 in printed and digital advertising platforms through the use of Adobe’s InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator
• Create campaign concepts and messaging appropriate for the various business areas and services while maintaining overall brand integrity;
• Confer with internal customers including the VP Sales & Marketing, management team and the Marketing Specialist to discuss and determine layout design;
• Design graphics optimized for E-mail campaigns
• Develop graphic communications including icons and logos that represent company products;
• Facilitate day-to-day audience development marketing campaigns and strategies;
• Copywriting for advertising and marketing collateral as well as internal communications pieces;


Skills & Experience Required
• Minimum two (2) years of graphic design classes and/or experience
• Capable of creating original designs and setting new standards for digital and print branding campaigns, brochures, direct mail, logos, and website design
• Takes initiative on improving collateral materials
• Recommends techniques, methods, and media best-suited to produce desired visual effects and successfully communicate marketing message
• Adheres to all corporate brand identity guidelines when preparing graphic materials
• Meet all copy and proof deadlines on a daily and weekly basis using tracking tools provided; and
• Must be proficient in Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, and Illustrator; and Microsoft PowerPoint
• Strong and creative layout and design skills
• Ability to consult with internal clients and provide them with creative options
• Ability and willingness to work within tight deadlines and handle edits quickly in an environment where collateral creation projects receive many edits and often require quick turnaround
• Ability to work with provided PowerPoint or Adobe Creative Suite templates to modify existing or new presentations or collateral
• Ability to work within certain limitations, such as defined design templates, graphic styles, and color palettes
• Idea generator with strong creative problem-solving skills
• Ability to multitask with a variety of different projects
• Team player that can process feedback quickly

Other Important Items
• Associate’s Degree or higher in Graphic Design highly desired
• Ability to learn from mistakes
• Ability to accept direction
• Must be detail-oriented and well-organized
• Takes initiative on improving departmental processes
• Must be able to work on-site as well as off-site
• Knowledge of HTML/CSS/CMS and Flash a plus
