DescriptionSRGMF is is on the lookout for a Graphic Designer that will be assigned goal-focused projects with less supervision and more ownership over the process and creative. These projects will support marketing campaigns in email, social media, paid media, print and digital media that require specific knowledge and skill set.
As a member of our creative team, the Graphic Designer holds a significant stake in how our customers perceive the Swap.com brand, the products we sell, and the Seller Partners we represent. We operate in a fast paced, and demanding environment where communication and organization represent the core to the success of our company.
You must have, and desire, the ability to work under pressure, demonstrate active listening and organizational skills, and be proactive in bringing up new design and creative concepts to improve marketing programs, campaigns and the overall customer experience.
Needless to say, you’re a team player who is comfortable collaborating across disciplines and cultures while maintaining a determined approach to production and execution.
ResponsibilitiesProduce creative and compelling designs that enrich the SRGMF customer experience while staying in line with the Swap.com brand and culture standards
Maintain SRGMF design and brand templates across all platforms and channels according to the direction and collaboration from marketing and development leadership
Develop and own design from concept to production with iteration and feedback from the marketing and creative team, to a high level of quality and goal oriented design thinking
Understand and fluently communicate the creative needs of each project internally and with external agency partners
Own the success and failure of your creative work and share reports and lessons learned with the senior management team and colleagues in order to better present the SRGMF brand and the service we offer
Perform a high-volume of production of creative work as assigned by project coordinators, creative leads, and agency partners
1+ years of digital experience in interactive design
1+ years of photo editing or design experience in an e-commerce, technology, or other fast-paced production environment
Strong proficiency with type, composition and image layout
Exceptional communication skills
Demonstrated mastery of Adobe Photoshop and Creative Cloud apps
A calm demeanor that can excel in a high-volume and pressure environment
Can understand and demonstrate the balance of quality and quantity when it comes to creative production
A fluency or general understanding of Adobe Illustrator, Apple Pages, Apple Keynote, and Adobe InDesign software
