Who we are:
We are QTALK, a publishing company with unique teaching methods. We teach learners of any languages using images as cues. Our students are able to produce long and complex sentences after a 40-minute class. You can learn more about us at qtalk.com
We are a group of young, talented, and devoted people, and we will train and teach our interns everything that we know. You will be able to learn Adobe InDesign, Photoshops and all kinds of skills, and be able to curate online materials and online games for our users. Illustrate images and curate contents for Chinese textbooks and learning games
Assist the lead content curator with editing and proofreading
Other duties as assigned
Interns need to come to our office in downtown Manhattan to work. Please note that this is an unpaid internship with daily transportation(MetroCard) and lunch compensation from 9:30 to 6:30, preferably full time or at least 3 days a week.
Currently a student pursuing a Bachelor’s or preferably a Master’s degree in a related field
Experience with graphic design and web design
Outstanding written and verbal communication skills in both English and Mandarin
Detail-orientated and organized
Willing to learn and ask questions
Ability to collaborate successfully with the team
