The person to fill the Graphic Designer position at TDN must be an out of the box innovator. This person should have an undeniable passion for the creative process, the advertising industry and direction of TDN. This person will assist the Promotions and Public Relations Department in developing and designing the artwork to be produced on various types of publications to include promotional posters, sports fliers, camp brochures, various tri-fold brochures, media advertisements, and general creatives.


Macintosh/PC compatible with a flexible portfolio and the ability to work on various types of projects. Determine needs of client and Identify needs of target audience in the creative process
Prepare variation sketches or layouts to illustrate vision of final product
Exhibits independent and original thoughts in collaborative settings, client work, and company initiatives
Contributes to high- and low-profile work with enthusiasm, positive energy, and consistently high effort
Must be willing to work in fast pace environment and be available for snap up projects.
Must be self-starter and ready to begin the process of taking on assignments day one.
Produces intelligent and on strategy creative solutions that reflect brand personality
Understands and actively seeks solutions to advance project, client and moxie digital marketing goals
Provides clear/objective critiques of creative work during development
Attends weekly creative review to trouble-shoots difficult creative problems if requested
Remains current and communicates industry trends and techniques


Skilled in MS Products including PowerPoint, Publisher, and the entire Adobe CC Suite.
Delivers high quality work products in a timely manner
Experience working with templates, style sheets and an above average understanding of PowerPoint.
Proven ability to think strategically and work autonomously when required
